1 – Community Conduct

Team Eagle NYC welcomes everyone who shares our values of respect, inclusion, and community. We expect all participants, donors, and visitors to engage with one another in a manner that reflects these values, whether online or in person.

2 – In-Kind Donations

Team Eagle NYC may accept leather, kink, and other gear donations for community fundraising events such as our Leather Mart. All donated items are final and may be used for sale, auction, or redistribution to benefit The LGBT Community Center or other community initiatives.

We cannot guarantee the return of donated items and are not responsible for loss or damage once items have been received.

3 – Participation

Participation in Team Eagle NYC activities, including rides, volunteer work, or events, is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, traffic rules, and safety practices.

Team Eagle NYC is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from participation.

4 – Intellectual Property

All materials on teameaglenyc.org, including photos, logos, and written content, are the property of Team Eagle NYC or used with permission. You may share our content for personal or educational use with appropriate credit.

Commercial use without prior consent is prohibited.

5 – External Links

Our site includes links to The LGBT Community Center (The Center), Cycle for the Cause, The Eagle NYC, and other partners. These organizations operate independently and have their own terms and policies, which apply when you visit their sites.

6 – Photo Submissions


Photos submitted to Team Eagle NYC may be used for archival, editorial, and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.

By submitting images, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant Team Eagle NYC permission to use them without compensation.

We may edit, crop, or decline submissions at our discretion to maintain the quality and integrity of the archive.

7 – Updates

Team Eagle NYC may update these terms as our programs evolve. Revisions will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or participation in activities after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
