FAQs

About
Team Eagle NYC

  • Team Eagle NYC is a community group supported by The Eagle Bar NYC, dedicated to raising funds for New York City’s LGBT Community Center’s HIV/AIDS services through the annual Cycle for the Cause ride. We ride together as volunteers and friends, united by community, visibility, and purpose.

  • Because HIV/AIDS is not over. The Center provides essential prevention, testing, treatment, and care — and our fundraising helps sustain those services and the people behind them.

  • We ride and organize entirely on a volunteer basis — as friends, peers, and community members. Everyone contributes in their own way, whether through cycling, crewing, organizing events, or lending creative skills.

  • Team Eagle NYC is a community group, not a registered entity. The Eagle Bar NYC supports us by hosting events and amplifying our efforts, but does not oversee operations, handle funds, or assume liability.
