I do the ride to raise awareness that HIV/AIDS is still a major problem, especially among the gay youth of today. Especially in my personal life, the disease has been a major factor and the ride and all of the people involved with it have been a major inspiration. Even if the ride can prevent just one person from contracting the disease, it will have been worth all of the hard work. Not to mention, riding every mile really does something for the lower half of my body. :) |
