Team Eagle NYC 2012
TEAM EAGLE is made up of very special group of individuals who are all committed to the final goal: to support the LGBT Center's HIV/AIDS Services and to help those living with disease. This team would not exist if it were not for the support of The New York City Eagle. A special thanks to Robert and Derek, owners of The Eagle, for their support and generosity. Without them, we would not have bikes to raffle off or a venue to hold our fundraisers. This is Team Eagle's 6th year participating in the AIDS ride for The Center. We can't begin to tell you how happy we are that we have 20 riders on the team this year. The members of this team have taken on a huge challenge. Not only are they responsible for raising the $3,500.00 minimum, but some of these team members are living with HIV. Over the next couple of months, these team members will be raising much needed money for the HIV/AIDS Services of the LGBT Center. They will also be getting on their bikes and conditioning their bodies to ride 300 miles over 3 days to reach that 1 destination: The End of AIDS.
