Crewing with Team Eagle in 2007 counts as one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. As a president and member of New York boys of Leather, service to my communities is a core value. Braking the Cycle is an important, worthwhile charity supported by some phenomenal individuals. As a leatherboy, being able to support Team Eagle in their efforts gives me the opportunity to care for some remarkable men and women who not only raise thousands of dollars but then take part in a grueling physical challenge that makes a statement about how our communities are affected today and how we respond. And personally, Team Eagle is a family. I have nothing but love and respect for each and every member of this team, and have felt the same in kind. To not be a part of that would be to miss out on the good things that life offers. The people in Team Eagle and Braking the Cycle characterize the best in humanity. That is why I crew.
