Nick Jones
Since I moved to New York over 20 years ago, I've seen the horror, experienced the pain, and felt the anger caused by AIDS. I've also witnessed awe-inspiring courage and incredible acts of kindness made by extraordinary people in reaction to the devastation wrought by this epidemic.
I am proud and thankful to be able to participate in this year's ride. I am crewing to honor those who fought and those who continue to fight. I'm also crewing to help support The LGBT Center - a truly remarkable institution and one of the great treasures of New York City. The HIV/AIDS services provided by The Center have reached countless thousands in the past two decades. Through your generosity and support it will continue to serve our community well into the 21st Century and provide a source of hope and healing to those living with HIV/AIDS.
